Lumber Receiving

Job Duties

  1.      Receive lumber inventory into system
  2.      Manage all paperwork for the receiving process
  3.      Coordinate with purchasing department and A/P to resolve discrepancies
  4.      Ensure accuracy of receiving documents
  5.      Process lumber supplier returns
  6.      Various administrative projects as assigned


Minimum Qualifications

  1.      2+ years administrative experience 
  2.      Construction and/or Lumber & Building Materials related experience a plus
  3.      Computer skills and MS Office experience
  4.      Excellent customer service skills
  5.      Organizational skills and attention to detail
  6.      Works well with others; “team player”
  7.      Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively and efficiently
