Window & Door Sales Assistant

San Rafael, CA



Responsibilities/Job Description:


  1. Convert raw door and window data into quotes and sales orders.
  2. Manage all paperwork that flows through the window and door department.
  3. Take payments for COD orders.
  4. Back up for other administrative positions.
  5. Various administrative projects as needed.


Minimum Qualifications:


  1. Typing skills minimum: 60WPM
  2. 10 key by touch
  3. Two years administrative experience
  4. Computer experience including Microsoft Office Products.
